Hotel was impeccably clean, fabulous, had good staff and food. Venue's room was brand-new and well-appointed with an incredibly beautiful view of the harbor. It was newly remodelled as expected, and the staff were attentive people at the reception desk. The breakfast was delicious, I would stay here again.

Had a blast with friends exploring the Inner Harbor and trying kayaking! The rooms were clean and the beds super comfy. The location is prime for activities, and it's close to Oriole Park if you're a baseball fan. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We did experience some noise from the bar nearby , made it hard to sleep initially. This definitely felt annoying after a long day out.

The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were very nice. Staff was also very nice
I don't know why a hotel would not have free wifi. The small grocery store in he hotel is ridiculously expensive but convenient

Excellent location in Baltimore - staff very helpful especially Robert who went out of his way to help us enjoy your facilities - also we noticed with other guests. Shopping facilities in the adjacent Mall were very useful A great weekend including the weather
A very busy Saturday/Sunday with the Wedding guests made the lifts very busy and crowded

The location was awesome! Right by the harbor and tons of restaurants. Just wish the pool was cleaner, we didn't go in because of the cloudiness. A solid stay 😊

I booked at the Renaissance because it was a high end hotel and then I had to PAY for wifi. My one night cost almost $300.00 and you charge for wifi!!!!! Outrageous!!!!,
